Angels Sing *CHRISTMAS*
A great song for a Christmas concert or to end a Nativity performance as it brings together all the elements of the Christmas Story with a super melody that your children won't be able to get out of their heads - I keep singing it all the time! The chorus builds the song to an epic finish with church bells ringing and trumpets playing! There is an optional 2nd part if you have confident singers and would like to add variety in the chorus. Why not choose a selection of songs and put together your own Nativity? There are songs covering all aspects to make your Christmas really special.
Please note there isn't a vocal track with this song pack. Instruments play the melody on the backing track.

Angels Sing
V1
Long, long ago in Bethlehem,
As the angels had foretold.
Mary and Joseph gazing down
At the little manger bed.
Lying warm in the hay
In the still of the night
A saviour now is born.
Chorus
Angels sing,
Church bells ring,
Tidings for a new born baby king. (twice)
V2
Long, long ago in Bethlehem,
As the angels had foretold.
High on a hill some shepherds woke
To be told the special news.
Shining light on them all
Singing, "Don't be afraid",
A saviour now is born.
Chorus
V3
Long, long ago in Bethlehem,
As the angels had foretold.
Far in the East three Wise Men saw
In the sky a shining star.
Bringing gifts for a king,
Frankincense, gold and myrrh,
A saviour now is born.
Chorus (twice)
